Graham W. Sanson BA, JD

Graham practices litigation with a focus on insurance related cases. Prior to joining Buset LLP in 2023, Graham maintained a general litigation practice and gained extensive experience in the areas of construction litigation, employment law, bankruptcy and insolvency, collections, and security enforcement.

Graham earned his law degree from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2015 and he was called to the Alberta Bar in 2016. After graduation, he practiced for a large regional law firm in Edmonton for seven years. There, Graham earned valuable experience representing clients in complex litigation matters, having argued cases before all levels of Court in Alberta.

Graham and his family relocated to Thunder Bay in 2022 and he was called to Ontario Bar in January 2023. Outside of the office, Graham is an avid homebrewer and craft beer aficionado, and he enjoys exploring the many craft beer offerings from here in Thunder Bay and across Ontario.
