Dylan Challinor joined the firm as a summer law student and is proud to continue with the team as an associate lawyer following his Call to the Bar in 2025.

Dylan moved to Thunder Bay in 2021 to attend the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University and earned his Juris Doctor from Lakehead University in 2024.

During law school, Dylan was actively involved in student leadership and academic mentorship, serving as both a dean’s fellow and tutor. Dylan also competed in several moot court competitions and continues to serve as a coach.

Outside of his legal career, Dylan brings a unique perspective through his service in the Canadian Army. Dylan strives to apply his strategic thinking, leadership, and composure developed through his military experience to his legal practice.

Dylan and his family have made Thunder Bay their home and have embraced the northern lifestyle, enjoying activities such as hunting, fishing, and hiking. He looks forward to working diligently to meet the needs of his clients and provide practical, effective legal solutions.
