Buset LLP is pleased to announce that Jessica Alves has joined the partnership.
Jessica joined Buset LLP as a law student in 2017 and subsequently joined Buset’s corporate law team as an associate lawyer in 2018.
While working as an associate, Jessica completed the three-year in-depth Tax Program through CPA Canada.
Jessica’s practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions, including incorporations, business acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, contract drafting and real estate transactions.
With a client-focused and strategic approach to her practice, Jessica has assisted a wide range of clients with corporate and real estate transactions including for profit corporations, not for profit corporations and charities.
Jessica also practices estate law and assists individuals with estate planning and preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney. As a Portuguese speaking lawyer, Jessica also assists Portuguese speaking clients with their Wills and Powers of Attorney.
