Buset LLP congratulates the Honourable Madam Justice Tracey J. Nieckarz on her recent appointment to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Thunder Bay. Prior to her appointment Madam Justice Nieckarz was a partner at Buset LLP practicing primarily in the areas of family law and commercial litigation. We will miss Madam Justice Nieckarz at our office but look forward to following her contributions to the judiciary and the community from the bench.
